Mumble Words offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Mumble memberships. If you’re not happy, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at support@mumblewords.com and we’ll help.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your Membership page. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
